These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use of the services ("Service") that are available at RPGHIT.com.
By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
RPGHIT.com may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://rpghit.com/page/terms-conditions. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.
Delivery of ingame goods may vary between 2 minutes to 24 hours. In most cases, our standard delivery time is 7 min. If order requires more time to be executed it would be informed with the customer.
The refund is available under following conditions:
- Ingame goods you purchased are out of stock and You are waiting more then 24 hours after payment succeeds.
- Sometimes we need to verify with You payment or/and order information. If You do not respond to our request within 3 days, we will cancel your order and issue refund immediately.
Contact with our online operators or via our Contacts page in case you want a refund.
Depending on payment method, issued payment refund may take from 2 minutes to 31 days.
We can only guarantee You the delivery of ingame goods. All game currency, game items, and game characters/accounts are the sole property of original licensors (Blizzard Entertainment, Square Enix Co., NCsoft, Innova Systems, LTD. et al) and shall remain so beyond contestation.
You are solely understand, that buying such goods is prohibited by License agreement, Terms of Service between You and Game Administration ("GM's") of such Official games or Private (Free) servers. Game Administration may delete ingame goods from your inventory or block your account. We do not provide refunds in such occasions.
We do not provide refunds in account replenish services (ru.4game.com RUB, Gamecoast l2 coins, Interlude-online GVE Talons).
PURCHASE OF INGAME GOODS AND GAME ACCOUNTS
By using RPGHIT services, we can give you warranty, that ingame goods or game accounts will be delivered to You. On our side, we are trying as much as possible to protect You against Administrations sanctions. However, since real money trading is against Game's or Free Server's rules, You realize risks that Game Administration may do against You.
By buying game accounts, the buyer remains solely responsible for keeping that account safe (change password, change e-mail, attach 2-step authentication, etc.)
We do not have access to the e-mail or account itself after purchase.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase ingame goods or game account. You may make a purchase if you you are under 18 years of age only with consent from a parent or custodian.
Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs
When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.

You may submit comments, ideas, questions and any other written information as long as they are not slanderous or libelous comments such as illegal information, obscene gestures, threatening remarks, defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement on intellectual property rights, or anything otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You are never allowed to use false e-mails or try to impersonate or copy any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a credit card or other content. RPGHIT.com reserves the right to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
RPGHIT.com reserves the right to change any site conditions and policies with or without any prior notification to the clients and members. It is the sole responsibility of clients and members to pay close attention to any changes and/or adjustments to the clauses listed here in the Terms and Conditions.
